・Remove cap and inner plug. Hold the base of the nozzle and take out from bottle.
・Position so the top of the cap is facing downward and pass the nozzle through the cap.
・Set the cap onto the bottle.
・Touch the nozzle tip against the vaginal opening, and then slowly insert so that the nozzle is fully inside.
・Grip the bottle strongly so that the purified water is properly ejected and cleans in one go. After use, put in the included plastic bag and dispose.
