DHC Extra Beauty Eyelash Tonic contains lash-grow ingredients (pyrrolidinyl diaminopyrimidine oxide, biotinoyl tripeptide-1) that put the growth environment of the eyelashes into shape and help support an increase in density. This will lead to vibrant, beautiful eyelashes.
Also with eyelash care ingredients such as panthenol, 9 kinds of plant extract that condition your lashes and moisture-providing placenta extract, hyaluronan, etc. This brings tone and moisture to eyelashes often damaged by mascara, curlers and extensions.
With a long, soft brush that also makes for easy application at the skin at the eyelash roots. Tonic is delivered to each individual lash from root to tip.
