Description
This miso soup is made with miso and plenty of katsuo, kombu, and niboshi dashi for a rich dashi flavor.It is a delicious miso soup with about 1.0g of salt per serving.
The ingredients are a combination of four kinds of vegetables (pumpkin, cabbage, carrot, and leek) and two kinds of mushrooms (maitake, shiitake, golden sesame, and leek) in three servings each.
Raw materials
Seasoned miso [rice miso, soybean miso, bonito powder (bonito flakes, Soda bonito flakes), kelp extract, protein hydrolysate, bonito extract, dried sardine powder, barley miso, kelp powder, sake, seasoning (amino acids, etc.)].
Vegetables [cabbage, pumpkin, carrot, spring onion, dried bonito powder, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), sorbitol, bulking agent, antioxidant (V.E.)], mushrooms [shiitake mushroom, maitake mushroom, sesame, spring onion, dried bonito powder, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), sorbitol].
