It has a gorgeous top-fragrance aroma, a beautiful honey-like sweetness on the palate, and a long, lingering finish after swallowing, while cutting cleanly through the mouth.
We brew "Ottersai" with the aim of creating a sake that can be enjoyed as a tool for daily life.
