Description
The salmon is caught in the Okhotsk Sea in Hokkaido, and is free of synthetic colors and preservatives.The parent company, Marunaka Shokotoko Shokuhin, is the largest seller of salmon in Japan, and the salmon is processed on the same day it is landed.
The flakes can be mixed with rice to make onigiri (rice balls) or used as a color in lunch boxes.
