Potherbs, onion extract etc. are added to slowly cooked beef bone for a beef salt soup with depth. The seasoning oil which is a blend of beef tallow and sesame oil further brings out the flavor of the soup. Also comes with Saga Prefecture grilled nori that has fragrant sweetness.

Serving Instructions:
(Cooking instructions for 1 serving)
① Boil 500ml of water in a pot, add 1 bunch of noodles and cook for 3 minutes. (Adjust boiling time in accordance with your preference.)
② When the noodles are cooked, turn off heat, add one bag each of soup and seasoning oil, and gently stir.
③ Transfer to a bowl, put on grilled nori and consume while hot.
* Add chopped onion, grilled pork, spring onion, egg etc. in accordance with your preference for a more delicious dish.
*When cooking 2 servings at the same time, double the amount of water.
