The Self-Defense Forces asked me if I could come up with a stamina-boosting meal.The "Stamina Ichiban" was developed in response.
It is a super stimulating nametake mushroom with a punch of garlic and chili pepper. It can be used as is over rice, tofu, natto, or ahijos.
It can also be used in soba noodles, cold udon, somen noodles, and pasta. You can also season pork or chicken by simply marinating them in Stamina Ichiban for a few hours. It also goes very well with grated daikon.
Be careful not to eat too much rice.
Raw materials
Enoki mushrooms (domestic), soy sauce, dried garlic, sugar, chili pepper, seasoning (amino acids, etc.), antioxidant (V.C), polysaccharide thickener, acidulant (contains wheat and soybeans)
