Description
The salt used is traditional sea salt "Umi no Seisei," which is rich in inorganic components and is produced directly from seawater on Izu Oshima Island.We do not use any colorants or other additives in our umeboshi.

Specially cultivated ume plums (grown in Nara, Wakayama, and Mie Prefectures), organic shiso (grown in Nara and Wakayama Prefectures), salt (Umi no Sei)
